Just a bit more progress on the afghan

Fog - rain - damp - warm.  The snow is melting.  We saw the turkey clan this morning.  They don't like walking on the snow as every other step causes them to drop into the deep of the snow.  They hung out in the driveway for quite some time.  I hesitate going out for a photo as I don't want to scare them.  Meanwhile I did get some stitching done.  I am still stuck on white but I am getting there.

I just had to share this.  Lilian, my friend in the Netherlands, shared this with me.  I love the Brazilian knots.  Oh My - Lilian does the most amazing work.  I always feel like a 'slacker' when I see what she is working on.  This is a 'little pod' for a thimble or orts.  She is conducting a workshop next week with this as the featured project.  I wish I could twitch my nose (like Jeannie) and attend this workshop.

Lilian's pod looks beautiful, but I can't get it to enlarge when I click on it. I'll just have to come down there to see it in person!
