Downton Abbey and my first finish of 2015

Drum roll please!!! It is done!  It is done!  I did a marathon of Downton Abbey (the next season starts tomorrow night) and finished this.  I also took a photo of the middle which is what I did today.

I can't believe it is done.  After all these years.  What to do next?  It is snowing tonight and that makes me want to snuggle in and start something new.

That went fast - the whole middle needed to be done when you showed it to us the other evening. Wow - and it is gorgeous, of course. Congratulations! Now how will you finish it? Pillow? Tablecloth? Wall hanging?

To answer a few questions. This will be used a tablecloth. It was stitched on an already finished tablecloth. The design is from Lorri Birmingham and is called the Ultimate Hardanger. Go Figure that it should be one of my first large projects. I look at it and wonder as I have done so many other pieces and I have learned so much.
