Santa is ready to go

Well, here he is. It did take me about four days to stitch him. All those beads!!!! It is heavy. These kits call for this to be stitched on perforated paper but I prefer linen. I hope to stretch it over a stiff cardboard and make a wall hanging of it.

GASP!!! When I clicked on this it took my breath away - it is AWESOME!! I can't wait to see it in person, so you better be bringing it home with you to show off. The beard is wonderful, and the coat....those gorgeous stitches give it incredible texture and depth. I am just enchanted with this one. WOW.

It was a nice surprise when your blog opened.
It is perfect that you choose linen.

WOW!! I just love it!! I have never tried any of the kits, but seeing how the beads and variety of stitches add to the design, I may just have to try one. You are such an awesome stitcher!
